Our media marketing services includes print and social media materials to create a memorable brand. These programs are perfect for the agents who wants a professional design team and marketing staff on call to help them with their brand and materials.

We have an agent branding or rebranding setup program to get all the materials you need for your social media, signs and cards. If you decide to retain the marketing design staff on a monthly basis, it significantly reduces the price of the set-up package.

As a marketing agency we understand the NEED to not only brand, but also to get leads, capture and convert them, but also keep in touch after you close. That is why we recommend you combine this program with posting services AND CRM management to get the complete cycle and save money. This combination is like having your own marketing company whenever you need help with your leads and buyers.

Graphic Design / Media Services

This monthly program provides you access to graphic design services throughout the month when you need help. Since it is a monthly fee, you don’t have to worry about “extra fees” to create your next ad or additional materials.

If you have a special campaign (social media, ads, etc) you just call your designer and they get it set up for you.

We also provide you with 30+ pieces of content for your social media postings,

unlike other companies, these graphics and videos can be branded to YOU to meet state licensing regulations.

$150 Setup + $150 a month

Posting w/ Media Services

This is an add-on service for agents participating in the Graphic Design / Media Services. Instead of giving you graphics to post yourself; you can have our professional social media marketers post them to your FB, Instagram, and Linked-in business accounts.

We use HUMANS not AI and our social media staff is in the US so that your accounts are not shut because of a foreign IP address.

Our social media staff works closely with the graphic designers and marketing staff to make sure we are targeting groups with your campaigns and keeping your account filled with appropriate content.

(Must be added on the media services, not a stand-alone.)

  • We help you provide extra value to your buyers by providing you with personalized Buyer Notebooks ($10 each)* Also, If you need help during the transaction, we highly recommend the Real Estate Help Team Transaction Coordinators
  • After closing we setup a 5 year follow-up mailing campaign to your buyers with 4 mailings a year (seasonal magazines & postcards) with your brand and image. ($40 each)
  • PLUS we give you access to our Warm Connections Coaching program that gives you great ideas each month to nicely connect with previous clients and your sphere. ($49 month)
  • BONUS FREE ACCESS to the Helping Agents app with tips, accountability and support for agents ($29 month)
