This program is designed to give agents an “on call” marketing firm when they get a listing they need professionally marketed. The amazing thing about our program is we have 2 different options:
1) You can save money and pay us when it goes on the market or 2) You can pay at close (if it expires or cancels, fees due within 30 days of listing expiration).
For agents who intend to use our listing packages on a regular basis, we will provide you with a brochure, branded to you, to take to listing appointments. This shows sellers what your “marketing team” will be doing and help you get the listing!

This package is the bare minimum that any agent should do in today’s market:
